Not receiving alerts for any key changes. Even when a new credit card acct apeared on all three bureaus. All of the scores they give me differ sharply from what the bureaus actually say by up to 49 points. Customer service is a joke. When confronted with this information they tell you to file a dispute. This of course does no good because the bureaus have the information correct. I also use free credit report.com and their information matches the three bureaus. So who is wrong here? Sounds like it is time to have my money revoked by my bank.
