Unauthorized charges, no return phone calls deceptive company the business that doesn't give a dam

I ordered what I thought was a video for 29.95 and was charged 71.85 in early March. I was sent supplements as well. Call went unanswered. No live person to talk to. No return calls despite several messaged left. Package returned. No followup from company.

In early May I have now been charged 29.95 to my card without authorization. Again phone calls unanswered. I am sending a certified letter, but I suspect that will go unanswered as well.

Dont be taken in by Shop America and the Adkins Answer. They are vague in their selling practice and charge you for things you are unaware you are ordering.
