Ripoff they took money out of my checking account amount $159.95 I did not order this

EDP has taking money out of my checking account That I did not authorize, for the amount of $159.95 the check that they sent through, pay to the order of EDP card, in the memo it has visa homeland. I have never tried to get a card that you would have to pay such a charge!

Someone has been phishing or the company got my account number some way! I have gone to my bank and my local police department I do intend to get my money back! $159.95 might not mean much to some people, but it does to me. I have tried to call for four days to no avail ther is never a rep. They are all busy.

I have E - mailed several times again no answer, I have gone to live chat, again all reps are busy!!! Beleive me this is a ripoff company and a half!!! Thank you, I sure hope that people take heed, I have never given anyone my account number but E-bay!
