Ripoff deducted $159.95 from my checking account without my authorization, please help me!

To begin with, I never heard of edp reporting. I just opened a checking account and notice a deduction for $159.95. The bank gave me the information and i called. Conviently, the number was always busy. The number provided a website where they offered a live chat operator, which conviently was also very busy. I could never get through to a live human being. So I had no choice but to e-mail. A few days past and i finally received an answer via e-mail. They said they were a prepaid debit card company. Why the heck would i pay $159.95 for a prepaid debit card. I've been scammed. I'm assuming they got my information some how from the internet because i had been trying to get a credit card by searching the web. I really hope that you can help hardworking people like myself who work paycheck to paycheck and not having $159.95 means you can't buy groceries or pay your electic bill.
