Road side Ripoff, they sign up people without their knowledge Philadelphia

I saw in my account a $21.95 ach withdraw, I called the number and they then tryed to tell me I sign up for a 7 day free trial for this, whic I know I din't I was on payday advance and when I told them I dint and I want my mony back she bluntly said no!

They dont issue money back after they billed? Now I'm confused. If I signed up for this shouldn't I have recieved notice thru the mail?

She was very NASTY. I said I want my money she said no, then quickly said something about canceling it and hung up on me.

So I called right back. I said don't hang up on me. The girl said I didnt that I was talking to someone else. I ask to speak to the manager she said to that I would be put on a call back list. I ask did they cancel my acct. She said yes gave me a number, then I ask for a mailing address she said we don't give that information out. I can see why.
