Ripoff deception

On February 25 I purchased the 200 pack of 32x 80 minutes CD-R's value disc, from Office Max, with a $ 35.00 rebate for them. I mailed the rebate form and upc, and a receipt. It was mailed to address of Value Disc 200 pk CD Rebate, Dept. C, p.O. Box 8011, Walled, Mi. 48391.

I've contacted Office max, and ONE OF the managers there give me a number of 1-800-698-5798. When I called the number I got a mans voice that they were not open at this time and to leave a message, which I did.

The manager at Officemax said the companies name is K Hypermedia Corporation. I've searched the net for said company and found no results. I even emailed a notation on the box Services@Value Disc.com. I have not received an email nor a phone call from anyone. I want my rebate for $35.00 as was promised. I made a copy of my form, just in case it was needed.
