I just got ripped-off by the Government Or at least I thought it was the Government

My daughter was looking for assistance and or grants to continue Collage with. So I figured that I'd see what I could find for her as well. Bad mistake on my part.

For three months we waited for the CD and booklet that was promised us. All we got were changes on my credit card. I then went to the web - again - to key in the name on my charge card statement. To my surprise, I was redirected to the complaint page.

I read the reports on this company. I then called the number that was on my statement and TOLD them to refund my money. I received a confirmation number, just in case it appeared on next months statement. I was then told that only one month would be refunded. (we'll see about that, I thought) I then called my charge card company and explained what I wanted and what I found out about the company. The charge card company is going to refund my money and file a report of there own.

Lesson learned: DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
