Unauthorized charges to my credit card after $1.98 ship charge for a CD

This Company is a fraud. I went looking into finding government grants to go to college needing financial help and these people literally lied on their site and started charging my credit card. 69.95/month without authorization. Also they charge another charge of 29.95 in the smae month with no name on the charge.

They advertise for a CD on how to get and write applications for grants. You are told that you only pay 1.98 ship charge for the shipment of the CD. Then the mysterious other charges atart to come onto your card.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD... When you see the charges on your statement you see TGU University. But the actual Web Page was originally called " the Grant Professor". My charges are in dispute. When I called the company I got a ver non-english speaking woman who just kept reading a script that told me I authorized the purchase.
