Website rip-off long term contract incomplete web program

January I signed up for web site in a box program-a day I clearly regret! From day one, I had nothing but little help, read your manual, its your computer (heard that one umpteen times a week) and we do not have that. My entire website is done in free-form because the design leaves no room for creativity, independence or making money. There is no links manager, no traffic trackers, SEO companies cannot help web site to get rank because Colony 1 refuses to allow the correct coding to be entered (no access). The editors to enter information into website do not accept the info like it is entered. USA cardservices refuse to return any communication from me since December. After the first year, One must pay all the expenses of the website. There is little or no assistance from USA cardservices.

I have spent over $4,000 additional dollars to try and make this website work, to no avail. I have spent 12-14 hours a day since January and I still do not have a successful web site as promised when I signed up. My contract with them (Ladco Leasing) is 4 years long and non-cancellable, according to LADCO their is no interest in the contract!) have reported this company to the texas BBB, the Texas board of corporations, Texas Attorney General, FTC (does not apply because this is a single business transaction) and my personal attorney. My atorney advised the following: 1) return the machine an dump it on them, (and see what they do) 2) Pay out the contract, 3) Close my bank account and let them ruin my credit (with a credit score of just under 800!

What to do-take legal steps against this unfair program; taking advantage of many clients who have spent their money and time to build a sussesful site and business.
