In opinion: This company (Val-Co Distributers) is deceptive and predatory in their practice of manipulating people into working for them. Wordplay and coercion are part of their propaganda.

When questioned in regards to specifics of work or contract, people are often intimidated and dismissed from day one if they dont see through it from the beginning. They often project earning high dollars in exchange of work. They prey upon people who are willing to work the most. The young, the destitute and the desparate. People who are willing to work but in the end are being taken advantage of when the so called requirements of their operation are not met.

These requirements often play into the companys favor. And, in the end equate to work for nothing because people become aware, disenheartened etc. From browsing the internet, these people have stayed in operation by moving from area to area throughout the state and possibly other areas.

Let's be clear; while this company may offer a wonderful product for Kirby vacuum cleaners, their deceptive practices to make money off of the hard working people who succum to them needs to be addressed.

If you are considering working for this company, be aware, research it for yourself and do not be coerced or decieved by what they tell you. Do not let them rush you through reading or obtaining a copy of the contract they entice you to sign or put in writing things they tell you in response to your questions.
