VCS Harassment ripoff Phoenix

I'm a college student and having financial diffculties. This lady by the name of Julie Olsen and rude. She constantly calls constantly at work and I would try and dodge her calls but then she would call me on my home phone. There was one time she had called and I hung up on her and she called back again saying its rude to hang up the phone on me.

Now she tried to get my mother's work number so she can talk to her and I said no she won't accept that. This company is unbelievable and it's a never ending story
