Ripoff - deceiving membership

I was charged for a website subscription without my knowledge. Called customer service and was refused a refund. I was told all they could do was cancel the membership. I made a complaint with the b.B.B. I am going to contact my bank on Monday. I feel like was scamed into the charges.
