Electracash
Ripoff charged my account monthly for a one time payment

I used Electracash to make an online payment for a one month subscription to a website 3 months ago... And I specifically made sure that the payment would not be continued if I did not renew it monthly. The last two months I have recieved bills for the same amount, even though I did not renew the subscription, and I am no longer allowed access to the website.

Electracash has billed me $19.95 twice for access to a website which no longer accessible to me. I tried to log on, and was denied even though I was sure the username and password were correct. I would like the $39.90 returned to me, and I have already notified my bank about these ripoff transactions.
