Ripoff, Liar, Deceptive, Poor Quality, Stole Money and Goods

I placed an order with this company for more than $200 dollars. My first shipment cam 2 weeks later and when I took the box from the postman and the box seem a bit light for 6 bags 2 wallets - I opened the box and there was only 2 bags and alot of paper. I was furious, i immediatlly emailed them asking were my merchandise was and someone called me back saying that the other bags were on back order and i would receive them soon. Almost 3 weeks went by and i recieved another shipment and it had 2 bags in it and they were the wrong bags! Bags i didnt even order! I called the number that called me that was still on my caller id and some other lady answered, she said she was sorry that the merchant must have sent the wrong bags and that they wanted me to send them back, i took them to the post office, sent them back and never anything back.

Meanwhile, still missing serveral bags and wallet i recieved another shipment that contained the wrong bag again, this time it was a cheesy bag that was not the picture on their site. The bag had the wrong color handles and didnt look anything like the bag i ordered.By this time i was furious i emailed them back again and to tell them that the i revieved this time was cheep looking and was not the bag on the site? There argued with me telling me is was the bag and that i needed to look closely and that i was mistaken! I wrote back telling them i was insulted that they have not only inconvienced me but now calling me a liar. So i took a picture of the the bag they sent and attached it to an email with the a copy of the bag from their site. Someone finally called me back apologizing, said i never mentioned the handles were the wrong color, told me to see the bag back and they would replace it? It has now been 3 month and i have emailed these people over and over again, threatning them to refund my money or send my bags. Not answer. I finally reported them to the BBB who sent back a report to me giveing them a F for not complying with them and failing provide information about this complaint? - you can check the bbb website for the result if you dont believe me? They have also changed there name and wont answer the number that the person called from. I SAY, beware when you do business with this company, the bags they have on there site is not the bags they are selling, and the quality is poor and the handles have broke of all the bags. I have sold these bags to people i work with and i now have a bad rap. So i am just letting those of you know so it wont happpen to you. They also go under the name... Designerdivabags.com FYI
