My husband is an ex-employee of this rip-off company. He was only with the company for a very short amount of time, but knows first hand their rip-off schemes. Calls were both inbound and outbound. He was instructed to read a script that would breeze over details very quickly about a web fitness program. Often, customers were not aware they would be charged for this program. They were also automatically enrolled in a auto ship program. The majority of inbound calls were customers calling because there was a SECOND charge they were not expecting. The terms and conditions of the auto ship program were hidden within a hyperlink on the credit card info screen.

Basically, people were mislead intially when ordering in order for a SECOND charge to go through before they had a chance to cancel the autoship program. Refunds were generally denied for these people. If you have questions that I may be able to help with please post.
