Dishonest fraudulent billing. Ripoff

This company billed me $1,380.10 when they never did any of the following. There was a fee on my statement for water extraction of $173.25 an application of anti-microbial agent for $81.81, and a fee another fee of $22.61 for a bathroom, there was never any damage to this bathroom, I suppose they charged to walk into my bathroom and look around. I called this company to complain about the charged services and explained to them they would have to make an adjustment as I was present when they were there and these things were never done. They never brought the water extractor because it was broken and promised to bring another one in the morning which they never did, they never sprayed this ant-microbial agent and they never did anything to my bathroom. I explained to them I picked up the water myself with towels and a bucket because I was afraid the water would ruin my baseboards and they wouldn't get back to pick up the water until the next morning. Finally after much disagreements they decided to make an adjustment and indicated my bill would be $929.27. They never agreed to discount the $81.81 for the anti-microbial agent and swore they sprayed this solution. They never did because the water as 1 inch high and could not spray and I was there all the time to know they never did this. I feel they are very dishonest and now I have to pay them the $81.81 anyway. How do I win this battle. These company would bill me even if I didn't agree to pay this money and ruin my credit.
