Ripoff Preys on people who are in possible financial distress

This fraudulent organization contacted me via US mail as the others on this report. They indicate you have been nominated and approved to receive a grant, in which you can use any way that you choose.in order for the commencement of the supposed grant to begin, you must submit an administrative fee of $25.00.

I have been ripped off by organizations such as this in the past. I was naive and definitely in need as I am a single mom and experiencing financial hardships. I have sent 20 and more to similar organizations to receive nothing in return. I know I was stupid, but hopefully this will stop someone else who may be desperate from giving all they have to some scam artists!
