Ripoff, dishonest fraudulent charges INTERNET

I order the so called free sample for $4.97 on March 16, the on April 6, my bank was charged 99.98. Called the bank to see what it was. You quess it matabofuel000. Called the company only to be put on hold for over a hour. Then the rep refused to refund my money and also told me that more mony of 99.98 was due. Called the bank bank back. The bank then told me to close my debit card and I will be issue a new card in 10-14 days
