Ripoff

I recieved an e-mail about Metabofuel and decided to try it for the shipping price of $4.87. When I clicked to order the page went black then came back so I clicked it again. I decided the web page was messed up so I exited out. I check my bank account 3 days later and found I had 2 charges at $4.87 for Metabofuel. I called the 800 number on my bank account records and told the lady from Metabofuel there was a clitch in their web page and I didn't want the Metabofuel. She stated to me that they were just a customer service center for Metabofuel and she probably could not stop the order so I told her to cancel everthing now and for future orders for Metabofuel. She would never say she was cancelling the order, she called it eviscerate, which I thought was odd but it basically meant the same. My order charged to my bank account on 4/10/06, I called and cancelled on 4/12/06. As of 4/26/06 Metabofuel has charged another $207.85 to my account and plus that put me over my balance so I have $75.00 worth of overdraft fees. On 5-2-06 I called Metabofuel about the $207.85 charge and she said they had shipped me another 4 bottles and that was what the terms and conditons stated and there was nothing they could do about the charge even though I had cancelled on 4-12-06.

I got the persons name and employee ID number who I had spoke with initially but that didn't matter to this person. She would not let me talk to a supervisor and I ask for one to call me back and she said they probably wouldn't. After hanging up I called back and got another person who put me on hold to find my account and after being on hold for quite sometime, I put the speaker phone on and left it sitting there and it finally disconnected about 3 hours later. I just contacted my bank (5-3-06) and do not know at this point what my resolution with them is. I have not received the 4 bottles Metabolfuel said they sent out but I have received the 2 bottles that I got charged $4.87 each in the beginning and recently received 2 more bottles that arrived 4/28/06 that I have not opened yet. I have the employee name and ID number for everyone I have spoke with at Metabofuel like that will do any good.
