Ripoff award notification a fake no winning lottery

I opened a letter today stating that I had won a "hispanic" lottery, eventhough I am not hispanic. It is a fake, they want bank account numbers, routing numbers, copy of ID, and $ to process your "winnings" If you win something, you WIN it! We need to find a way to stop these people. I have had my bank account wiped out once before, and I will not let it happen again, we need to stop it from happening to other people too!!
