They put quite a bit of effort into this one. The even issue you an i.D. Reference # and internal tracking #. Mr. Paul bishop who is the prize officer even took the time out to hand write his name on the letter... How sweet! My biggest concern if i were them would be to make sure we at least made enough money to pay for all the bulls*t papers and seals. This is the second letter from two different companies i got in one day... I knew i couldn't be that d*n lucky!!
