Attempted Scam ripoff

I got a letter in the mail saying I was a "consolation prize winner" in the $10million Sweepstakes clearinghous giveaway. I got 6 vouchers for $400 to be spent on several items that they have listed in their letter to me, the items cost more than the $400 so you have to pay the difference they say.

Something didn't ring right about it so I checked out this site and saw they've been reported in the past and thought I would file another report in notice of it. They won't get my money, I hope by posting it, they won't get yours either.
