Tryed giving me a free purse did not confirm order and they billed me porn and cost me fees at my bank

WTS on the internet tryed offering a free purse to me. At the end of order it said pay later i did not select.

So they charged my bank for some type of porn costing me nsf fees and put me behind. Why is texas or U.S.A. Allowing this company to still operate they need to be stopped.
