RIpoff Fraudulent ACH Debits

I had an ACH debit against my checking account on 2/10/06 in the amount of $21.95 by a company named CFR using the telephone number 866-321-8235. I try to call this telephone number but I could never get past the voice message. I went to my bank and had a stop payment issued against this company for future debits. On 3/22/06, I had another ACH debit for $21.95 but this time the company was listed as RSideP with the telephone number 866-543-8451. When I call that number, it was the same voice message as the 866-321-8235. Apparently, if this company cannot get the ACH debit to go through under one company name it will use another. I had to go back to my back and issue another stop payment order.

I advise anyone who has been ripped off by this company to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and to also file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office This is fraud and you should puruse this matter to the end. Don't be a victim, take the time to follow through.
