Attempted rip-off

Fortunately for me I was wise enough, due to an instance of being ripped off in the past, not to allow myself to be ripped off again. When the Kensington rep asked me for $299.00 I immediately questioned why it was necessary for me to receive money that he had just told me was free to apply for. Of course he didn'thave a logical answer for that. He stated, "We've just been doing business that way for seven years." It just didn't add up to me that I would be asked to pay to receive money that I requested for purpose of education. Though I was not ripped off in the case I felt it my responsiblility to add to the list of complaints that surely exists concerning this company. I was also particulary suspcious because I could't pull up any info on them on the better business website. Once I exhausted every possibility of finding them I typed in their name in my search bar and found your website. Thanks for being there.
