Ripoff

Juniper Bank is a complete ripoff. I have been robbed by these people on several occasions. I handle all of my bill payments for everything online. For four consecutive months Juniper scammed me out of $39.00. I made a purchase at one point that put me $0.39 over my credit limit. They charged me $39.00 for an over the credit limit fee. This is understandable. They then held my payment and charged me a late fee, and another over the limit fee for the next month becaust THEY didn't post my payment within a reasonable amount of time.

I always make my payments in a timely fashion to avoid situations like this. They did this exact thing for four months costing me a lot of money that I did not rightfully owe to them. I made a payment in plenty of time to avoid a late fee, and not only did they charge me a late fee, but another over the limit fee!

To make things worse, I called the number on the website and the card and tried for 30 minutes to speak with a representative and never got past the animated service!

This company is a huge scam and I don't recommend anyone trusting them with their financial obligations. And trust me, once you do business with them, you're stuck with them.
