Continued to charge service fee after cancellation of card. Did not tell me to I was over the limit than charged $4o a month

Tried Juniper Credit Card because of poor credit. Paid them $74.95 to get card. When it came I did not like conditions of agreement so I cancelled the card and tore up card. After two years I get a bill from Juniper for over two hundred dollard for being over credit limit, and have been getting another each month and now it is up to $350.00. I have never charged one single item on there card and they are charging me 40.00 a month. I do not know how they can let you alone until you are over the credit limit than notify you you are over the limit because of service charge. For two years they have been adding this service charge than notify your over the limit when service charge reaches limit.
