My partner was solicited by Phoenix Executive Group via email. Thyey requested a fee of $4,950 $2,475 at signing promising him $95K per year plus a signing bonus of 10k. They were very persistent. Fortunately, I did some research and found out that just a few days before (March 9), the New Jersey Attorney Generals Office had filed suit against the company for misrepresentation and various other consumer issues.
