The guys with the knock-off R.G.A. Armani jackets are in South Orange County, CA. I encountered them (two separate groups of guys) in the Lake Forest and El Toro area. They drive the new Magnums (blue and green).

They say they are from Italy and just finished a fashion show in LV. They will state that they have extra merchandize that they would like to give to you, then they will ask for help getting home - they blew their money at the tables and need to change their airline tickets or something along those lines.

They are very good and come across as sincere. If you have cash to blow, then blow it. Remember, "You get what you pay for."
