Ripoff slammed my VISA with a $14.95 charge and it is impossible to find the source of the charge

I have a $14.95 charge to my VISA for AP9 Passport to Fun. I called their phone no. And cancelled the "service", but I find it impossible to find the source of the charge. How did it get on my VISA? Who put it there? I really would like to know.
