Ripoff sent ripoff letter got hopes built up really upset financially insecure

I am an unemployed 33 year old male who is having trouble finding a job right now, and when i got this letter saying i was going to win $1,900, 000.00 i was really happy! I was looking forward to paying off my bills, paying off the loan on my truck, and going on a long vacation.

But i didn't have the $20 to send for the so-called "fee" and i'm glad i didn't now! I really think it is messed up for someone to send these kind of letters, getting peoples' hopes built up, and then smashing them to smithereens! Whoever is doing this needs to be sent to prison for a very long time and forced to reimburse the people that sent the $20 and some kind of monetary reimbursement to the ones that got their hopes smashed!!!
