Ripoff getting hopes up their smashing hopes

I was told I could get a $10,000.00 loan to pay off some of my debts by sending them $960.00. Then they call me and tell me I needed another $960.00 to secure the loan.

When I told them I would Not send them more money they said they would refund the money already sent. Said they would send it out on May 25th haven't seen nothing yet. I even try calling the phone number I have, all i get is a recording and then it hangs up.
