Trying to rip me off!

I recieved a letter in the mail that said I had one $12,000, 000.00 in cash money. They stated that I should send a $5.00 fee in order to claim my money! I looked it up on the internet and it said it was a rip-off! There was no phone number on the paper or envelope to notify them. Please help me get my money and make them stop sending these sweepstakes in the mail.
