Ripoff

I recieved a letter about a week ago telling me I won and to send 20 dollars at once to claim my winngs from National Sweepstakes Repoting service. I did this and today i recieved An other letter asking for $31.99 in cash, the letter stated I Won 1 million, 800 thousand dollars and when they recieved this money I would recieve my money by return mail. When i called my daughter she said this was a scam. So i looked them up on my computer and there they were here.
