Bigtime ripoff, no customer service skills, rude, theifs Nevada

NADN is a scam. I signed up with this company on 10/9/02 and was sure to ask for a 60 day cancellation just in case. Well just as I thought, I ended up not needing 60 days. I figured out in 30 days and requested cancellation. It took multiple faxes and attempts to get through to someone and get the service cancelled.

Mr McDowell (the supervisor) told me that he didn't get paid by the hour to help me and that all correspondense would have to be by fax or mail. I wasn't even allowed to speak to anyone above him or get transferred to the so-called Client Resolution Department.

I sent in another fax to cancel advising I would dispute this with my credit card company. I finally get a callback from Robia who says she is the director of Client Resolutions and that they have had multiple complaints on Mr. McDowell. I said that I wanted to cancel and she gave me a postage code to use. Well I sent my package over in January and was promised a full refund.

Guess what... It never happened On March 6th, I get a call from Joe Funicella, also a Director of Client Resolution. He tells me to stick on and he will give me the opportunity to cancel within 12 months for any reason and they'll give me the shop product for free (a $1,250.00 value!)

And he said to send in my tax returns to see if there was any additional money out there that I didn't claim. Well I was promised a callback in 48 hours from Randy Bell but never received it. So on 3/19/02 I try to cancel... But as you all may have guessed... I was told no you have to wait a year and try our deceptive practices for at least 1 year before you are eligible.

Well... As of today, I have contacted the attorney general's office and filed a complaint. The bureau has received over 100 complaints. I have also contacted the radio station that had their advertisement and advised them of the company. I don't know if I'll get any money back or not but hopefully I can help someone else save $1,412.95.
