Ripoff, found a p.O. Box in long beach that belongs to the scam artists

I found a P.O. Box that belongs to whoever is scamming people. I dont know if it is legit but the address is P.O. Box 3364 Long Beach, CA 90803. I told them I knew this address and they did not charge my card. They started apologizing and said they cancelled my order. There was never a order, just trying to scam somebody. They need to be shut down.
