Jean Sensation, Steve Lasso, Arc Capital, Same Fraud As Highendclothingnyc ripoff took money no supply! Wholesale Seven, True Religion, Citizens! Jeansation Jean Sensation Brooklyn New York

First I would like to say that we are an official registered company in Switzerland... Now the story:

We are a registered member of www.daboomc.com, this site offers different lists with brand name clothing/shoes/accessoires wholesalers.

On one of those lists we found jeansation@aol.com. Because on this list was written that this seller would offer genuine brand name clothes of some brands in which we are interested, we contacted this seller by e-mail first time on december 28th. We wrote and received different e-mails through January, then, on January 24th we decided to place our first order, to buy 100 pieces of Rock&Republic genuine brand name Jeans. As usually in this business, seller said that he would only accept pre payment, after I informed him that we can't pay $ 5'700 in advance without having any goods and that we would like to pay assisted by a trust service like escrow, he answered that he was frauded several times when he agreed to such trust service payment and therefore he can't agree to that but he would agree to 50/50 payment what means that we would pay 50 % in advance and the other 50 % after we received the goods.

Because he really left a good impression, for example we also asked him for a signed authenticity declaration for these brand name clothes and he immediately wrote and signed that and e-mailed this declaration with scanned signature to us, because of that, I thought 50/50 would be an acceptable suggestion and I agreed to this payment term. At the same evening, it was as we wrote those e-mails to fix the business transaction, I have done payment of $ 2'850.00 (50 % of total amount) by online wire transfer from our account in Switzerland to his account with HSBC in USA. I was wondering the beneficiary of the account was named "Arc Capital" and not "Jeans Sensation" but ok I have done payment... Next day, on January 25th he already wrote that items would be packed, on January 30th he informed me that he received the money and that items would leave in an hour or so. On January 31th he e-mailed a tracking number of UPS to me!

About 24 hours later, after I couldn't find any supply under this tracking number on UPS homepage, I called UPS and they informed me that this tracking number wouldn't exist and that in general there wouldn't be any supply on the way to us, that there wouldn't be anything for our address! After I informed him several times about this on Febuary 2nd, 3rd, 4th, the only thing I received since then is his e-mail of February 3rd in which he informed me that there would be a new tracking number and that this tracking number would be e-mailed to me within next hours. Of course, I didn't receive any e-mail with tracking number and I he also didn't answer any of my e-mails since then! I also tried to call him each day, at the beginning of February he answered the phone 3 times but only thing he said was that he would be busy at the moment would call back immediately, of course, he never called back. Now, since approx. 2 weeks it isn't possible to reach him by phone any more, when you call on 3474101355 you can now only reach a voice box but no one takes the phone!

In my opinion we can be sure that this is a fraud!

It also seems as when this guy also made frauds under the name of highendclothingnyc. I found several usacomplaints. Coms on internet about highendclothingnyc.com (homepage was closed in the meantime, don't exist any more...) and it's exactly the same address, 254 92nd Street, Brooklyn NY 11209 like Jeansation!!! It also seems as when there would already be a lawsuit against him initiated in MA on 8-10-05!?
