Ripoff

I have been fighting with solow solution now since dec. 4 2005. They took $299.00 from my account on dec. 9 after i cancelled on the 4th of dec. For a credit card of $5000 to rebuild my credit. I spoke with a man who said it required a full week for the cancellation to go through and to send the bullshit package back and i will be reinbursed.

It is now feb. 15 2006 and i have received nothing and i cannot get through on the phone to find out whats going on. I am sick of calling i'm about to go there in person as soon as I get the address. If anybody can help i would appreciate it
