Bill Wilshire Chimmney and Beer animal borrowed money and won't pay me back Ripoff

Bill Wilshire contacted me from an interracial web site. We met for dinner and drinks. After a few weeks, Bill stated that he loved me and wants to marry me. I accepted his proposal of marriage (yes, I was a fool to). After weeks of being in his company, I noticed that Bill never had money and wanted me to purchase his cigarettes and beer and take him out to dinner and purchase items for him with the intent of paying me back when he collected his pay from his several jobs. After some investigation on my own, I found out that Bill will only stay on a job for 7 to 14 days then quit.in the middle of August of Bill relocated to Atlanta GA. I was unaware of his move. His sister informed me that he told her he had a job in GA. After talking to his sister and doing some investigation on my own, I found out that Bill is an internet predator. He was on line looking for women to support his lifestyle. I tracked Bill at his girlfriends house (I will refer to her as Ms. Poodle) and I told her what was Bill true intentions. She told me she put him out, but took him back after a few days. Ms. Poodle and I have had very nasty words shared between the us because of Bill. I am releasing this because I don't want any women who may come in contact with this man to fall victim as myself. Bill owes me close to a $1,000. And will not pay me back.
