US Readers Service
States I owes over $700, yet I am getting bills from all magazines

Two monthes ago I was contacted by US Readers Service and I joined their program, sent in the first payment voucher and now I am receiving bills from each of the magazines. I have spoken to them several times and this still has not been resolved. I refuse to pay them when the actual magazines have not been paid for. A definite rip-off!!!
