Christie will go to any lengths to get the restaurant open, false documentation, to fraud the paperwork through, so that she can get liquor license, and her loan approved, no high school diploma, no job records for the past 10 yrs or more, but managed to borrow over a million dollars to build the Icehouse resturant. I guess all those years were spent figuring out how to defraud everyone, no experience in the resturant business just in scamming the system and everyone else.

Taxpayers guess what Christie has a disabled secretary, that is drawing disability from the goverment but works for cash under the table along with a couple of illegal mexicans doing slave labor for her. Not one employee has workmans comp waivers or general liability insurance, that's a saftey issue OSHA should be informed about. Warning - vendors and sub - contractors Christie doesn't pay her bills, shes broke obviously.

Beware to anyone still working at the icehouse project, Derek, Christie's boyfriend, calls himself the project manager, but never has recieved a paycheck to prove it, seems to have anger issues and threatens to hurt people physically, especially women, and gets away with it. They use people and then Derek steps in and runs them away with physical abuse, so then they won't have to pay them for their work.

Talk about a scam, they sure got the monopoly on that one.
