Individual advertised 14 month old Black-White Flowered dog on Chinese Shar-pei web site. Said he couldn't keep the dog as he was a student and didn't have time for her. He sent photo of dog when she was 4 months old and said she still looks the same today. I sent him $900 total via check to purchase the dog - which he cashed at the check cashing store in Cleveland. It has been 5 weeks and no dog has been sent - if there is a real dog that he owns. He has lots of excuses - no car to take the dog to the vet - no transportation to airport. I finally asked for a refund of my money - he supposedly sent me 1/3 payment 14 days ago - of course it has never arrived.
Beware of this guy - I don't think he has a dog to sell - I think he is scamming people with his sad story.
