Non PAYMENT of breeding dog

Sold a standard Chinese Shar-Pei named Molly to Chris the owner of the kennel. Dog was sold on an agreement to pay later and 2 years later she still has not paid! The dog was also sold PREGNANT so she got the sale of the puppies as well.

In the summer of 2010 I emailed this woman yet again about payment and she comes up with the poor poor me crap. So I said send the dog back at my expense but you need to supply the crate seeing I did to send her there. She said she sold that crate and the dog did not fit it in anyway. It was a large dog crate. She kept giving this BS crap that she needed an Xlarge crate. What Shar-Pei needs and xlarge and what airline would allow a dog to fly in a carte that was to small... Just more BS on her part. So I told her to find and buy one and let me know.in the mean time all she did was stall with the heat conditions as an excuse and it would have to wait.
