I had bought this particular item a year ago. However, I had it for 3 months and then it broke on me. (Aug. 3rd) So I contacted a rep. At True Ceramic Pro and they said that they would ship me a new one in 4-6 weeks and then i waited and WAITED. And again NOTHING!

So I called again. I have a case number and everything, basically I have been on their asses every other week for the past 7 months and now thier telephone isn't working! I am super frustrated and I lost my 100 dollars, and its all due to a defective iron that was recalled and they didnt see the need to contact individuals and let them know this.

I want my money back and I think this company needs to be fined for the fraud they are committing to people.
