Ripoff rude claim to work for IRS liars scam

Stella johnson bcg10124 called and said she worked for the federal government, the irs, and that i had been chosen to receive a 12,500 grant. The money would be in my bank account in the morning and that 49.95 would come out of that money. I called the next day to verify that this was true it is not. I have been on the phone with them every day since then and have done nothing but argue. They are extremely rude. They said i should have received 500 in grocery coupons by now of course i have not. Thank you for this web site. Without it i would not have known for sure that this is a scam. Can the government not do something about this considering they are representing themselves as gov. Employees?
