Ripped off for $20

I received a letter stating that I was entitled to 3,700, 300.00. I had to send in $20 cash, check or money order in order to recieve the money. I was a bit naive. I had to enclose form W-915. I paid by check so now it is traceable! Anyone who wants to help me get my $20 back please help. I want to get these people.
