Theives, liars, and ripoff

I was told that once I signed the letter and sent it in I would get the computer. Once I received the letter it stated otherwise it stated I had to pay 500.00 dollars before it would be sent.

I called bluehippo and spoke to a man who told me he was sorry for the liars on their staff and he offered me a visa card for 500.00 dollars once I received my computer so I informed him I needed to think about it. Two weeks later on december 22 I called and spoke to a woman who I canceled with well I found out my 120.00 dollars was none refundable which I was willing to take the loss so I didn't have to deal with the lying.

On january 3rd I found out they withdrew money from my account of 41.95 causing my account to have an overdraft charge! I called bluehippo and told them I had canceled my account and I was pissed money was taken out. The supervisor I spoke with said they had no record of me canceling! So I had to fax a letter to them much like this one in order for them to veiw the phone call. I have not heard from them yet! I hate bluehippo!
