I am power of attorney for Mr. Dabrowski of NY.
I am reporting on his behalf as Power of Attorney.
He knows nothing about this report since he is not of sound mind.

He believes every contest is going to win him millions
With that thought he sends many many check to all the people to try and get rich quick.

I can only get to his mail twice a week as he lives several miles away.

I have written to many of the scams to delete his name from the mailing lists but I have not been successful.
