Dec 17 spoke Tommy Scott. He explained the services and took all of my bank and id info. I told him I needed to consult my wife to confirm.

Call back Dec 23 to cancel the membership. I was told I wasn't in the system and not to worry. Jan 3 CCA debited 199.99 out of my checking. Called them and they refuse to credit my account back. Was told 199.99 was not refundable.

Explained to Will that no service was provided and money should be refunded. He said he was trying to help me but no results. Asked for the status of my account and he told me it was canceled and no refund was due.

Went online and found over 1200 compaints filed on this site. I made Will aware of this and told him I would be filing a complaint also. He then wanted to give me 99.99 in cash and 100.00 in merchandise. I felt he was trying to bribe me.

None of the paperwork sent to me explains any nonrefundable charges for cancelling their services. I just want my money back... Thank you
