Money Pit ripoff

I was excited by the convincing commercials featuring a well known actor Tom Bosley, to join this organization. Little did I know how much I would be nickle and dimed in order to just get started! I have also been contacted by other companies 'that only deal with SMC clients' who can offer upgrated services where nothing resembles what you orginally ordered. I received over 120 calls over a 3 month period on my cell phone printout from one of them trying to continue to sell to me.

SMC like any other company is what you make of it but I expect when I order my website design as one of the services offered by them to be satisfied with the end result. My domain name was correct but the spelling on the website was incorrect and I received a call from some other division stating they noticed an incorrect programming at the end of my web address which is why I have had NO HITS ON MY WEBSITE.

Since starting with SMC I have been out of more money than I've made and like I said there is a part for the business owner to play in their own success but SMC is very misleading on the costs to get this up and running.
